ברוכים הבאים ל-TeamCup. מדיניות פרטיות זו מסבירה כיצד אנו אוספים, משתמשים ומגנים על המידע שלך בעת שימוש באפליקציה.

1. מידע שאנו אוספים

בעת שימוש באפליקציה אנו עשויים לאסוף את הפרטים הבאים:

• שם משתמש - שם שתבחר בעצמך (לא שמך האמיתי), המשמש לזיהוי בתוך האפליקציה.
• ניחושים וציונים - התחזיות שתזין ונקודות שצברת.
• הגדרת התראות - מזהה טכני של המכשיר, המשמש כדי לשלוח אליך התראות (תזכורות לפני נעילת מחזור ועדכוני משחק). אם לא אישרת קבלת התראות, הוא אינו נאסף ולא יישלחו אליך התראות.

אנו לא אוספים: שם אמיתי, כתובת מייל אישית, מיקום, אנשי קשר, מידע פיננסי, מזהה מכשיר קבוע, או כל מידע אישי מזהה אחר.

2. נתוני קריסות ואבחון (Crash & Diagnostics)

כדי לזהות ולתקן תקלות בזמן אמת (למשל "מסך לבן" או קריסת האפליקציה), האפליקציה שולחת אלינו דיווח שגיאה אוטומטי כאשר מתרחשת שגיאת תוכנה. הדיווח כולל: הודעת השגיאה, פירוט טכני שלה (stack trace), שם הקובץ והשורה שבהם אירעה, סוג הדפדפן/המכשיר (user agent), הכתובת הנוכחית באפליקציה וחותמת זמן.

דיווח זה אינו כולל מזהה משתמש — לא שם משתמש, לא אימייל ולא מזהה חשבון — ולכן אינו מקושר אליך אישית. הוא נשלח אך ורק לשרתי Firebase של TeamCup, לצורך יציבות האפליקציה בלבד, ואינו מועבר לצד שלישי או לשירות אנליטיקה חיצוני.

3. כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע

• הצגת ניחושים וטבלת דירוג בתוך האפליקציה
• שליחת התראות על משחקים קרובים ועדכוני תוצאות (אם הפעלת התראות)
• ניהול תחרויות ליגה פרטיות עם חברים
• זיהוי ותיקון תקלות וקריסות לצורך יציבות האפליקציה

4. שיתוף מידע עם צדדים שלישיים

אנו משתמשים בשירותים הבאים לצורך הפעלת האפליקציה:

• Google Firebase - אחסון נתונים, אימות משתמשים, שליחת התראות וקבלת דיווחי קריסות. מדיניות הפרטיות של Firebase: firebase.google.com/support/privacy

אנו לא מוכרים ולא מעבירים את המידע שלך לצדדים שלישיים לצרכי פרסום.

5. אבטחת מידע

כל התקשורת בין האפליקציה לשרתים מוצפנת באמצעות HTTPS. המידע שלך מאוחסן בשרתי Google Firebase ומוגן בהתאם למדיניות האבטחה שלהם.

6. שמירת נתונים ומחיקה

המידע שלך נשמר כל עוד החשבון פעיל. לבקשת מחיקת חשבון ונתונים ניתן ליצור קשר עם התמיכה בכתובת המייל המפורטת למטה. הנתונים יימחקו תוך 30 ימים.

7. ילדים

האפליקציה אינה מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל 13. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע מילדים. אם גילית שילד מתחת לגיל 13 שיתף מידע, אנא צור קשר ונמחק את הנתונים.

8. שינויים במדיניות

אנו עשויים לעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. שינויים משמעותיים יפורסמו באפליקציה. המשך השימוש לאחר עדכון ייחשב כהסכמה.

Privacy Policy

Welcome to TeamCup. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the app.

1. Information We Collect

When you use the app, we may collect the following:

• Username - a name you choose yourself (not your real name), used to identify you within the app.
• Predictions and scores - the forecasts you enter and the points you earn.
• Notification setting - a technical device identifier used to send you notifications (reminders before a round locks and match updates). If you did not approve notifications, it is not collected and no notifications are sent.

We do not collect: your real name, personal email address, location, contacts, financial information, a persistent device identifier, or any other personally identifying information.

2. Crash & Diagnostics Data

To detect and fix problems in real time (such as a blank screen or an app crash), the app automatically sends us an error report when a software error occurs. The report includes: the error message, a technical description of it (stack trace), the file name and line where it occurred, your browser/device type (user agent), the current in-app URL, and a timestamp.

This report does not include any user identifier — no username, email, or account ID — so it is not linked to you personally. It is sent only to TeamCup's Firebase servers, solely for app stability, and is never shared with any third party or external analytics service.

3. How We Use the Information

• Displaying predictions and the leaderboard within the app
• Sending notifications about upcoming matches and result updates (if you enabled notifications)
• Running private league competitions with friends
• Detecting and fixing errors and crashes to keep the app stable

4. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We use the following services to operate the app:

• Google Firebase - data storage, user authentication, sending notifications, and receiving crash reports. Firebase privacy policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy

We do not sell or transfer your information to third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Data Security

All communication between the app and the servers is encrypted using HTTPS. Your information is stored on Google Firebase servers and protected under their security policies.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your information is retained as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and data, contact support at the email listed below. Data will be deleted within 30 days.

7. Children

The app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you discover that a child under 13 has shared information, please contact us and we will delete the data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
